I was wondering if I could include a patient case in my personal statement without mentioning their name, would that be a breach of patient confidentiality? I'm a bit unsure of this as it probably wouldn't look good to the admissions tutors if I was to break such a rule.

So just saying something alone the lines of
"An elderly patient with cervical cancer"
    Would be fine?
