Is it possible to get into top university to study computer science with these grades?

GCSE: English B and Maths A
(That’s right only two GCSEs, due to personal circumstances)

    A-Level Predicted: Maths A*, Physics A* and Chemistry A
AS Grades: Maths A, Physics A and Chemistry A

Define "top university". But yes, the only disadvantage you have is the lack of further maths, and that isn't insurmountable.

You should certainly be able to get into Lancaster, and UCL and Imperial are reasonably likely. Cambridge might be more difficult, but it is possible. Regarding the set of universities you mentioned: do you think they are the best 4 or so universities, above Bristol, Edinburgh, Sheffield etc., or would you also consider those universities to be on the same level? If it is the second, you should certainly be able get into one of them. But if you just mean Oxbridge, Imperial, UCL your chances are a bit slimmer (although you should be able to get into anywhere except Oxbridge if you apply after getting your A-levels).
