If anyone could help me correct my French by proof-reading a couple of paragraphs from some of my work, I would be extremely grateful! (I'll post it below, and thank you in advance if you can help ^^)

    Paragraph 1
    Spoiler:
    Show
Pendant les deux semaines, j'avais l'occasion d'essayer tant des nouvelles choses. Par exemple, je suis allée nager dans la piscine à la villa, ainsi qu'aller à multiples restaurants américains, et, enfin et surtout, nous sommes visités Disney World tous les jours! Nous sommes allés sur beaucoup des manèges, et chaque second était super!

My translation (which might be kind of rough)

During the two weeks, I got to try out so many new things. For example, I went swimming in the pool at the villa, as well as going to multiple American restaurants, and, last but not least, we visited Disney World every day! (I'm not sure if that part makes much sense, even in English, so I apologize) We went on lots of rides, so every second was great!

Google's translation (in case some parts make more sense than my own - I've literally just copied and pasted this part)

During the two weeks I had the opportunity to try so many new things. For example , I went swimming in the pool at the villa and go to many US restaurants , and , last but not least , we visited Disney World everyday! We went on many rides, and every second was great!
    Paragraph 2
    Spoiler:
    Show
En général, j'ai pense que c'étaient sans aucun doute, des meilleures vacances que ma famille et moi ayons jamais passées, parce que les attractions, la nourriture, l'atmosphère et l'expérience étaient tous absolutement incroyables!

    My translation

Overall, I think that this was, without doubt, the best holiday my family and I have ever been on, because the activities, food, atmosphere and experience were all absolutely incredible!

Google's translation (again, literally just copied and pasted)

In general , I think it was undoubtedly the best vacation my family and I have ever spent , because the attractions, the food, the atmosphere and the experience were all found absolutely incredible !

I can't help you for translate in english, but in the french texte, there are littles mistakes :

Pendant les deux semaines, j'avais l'occasion d'essayer tant des nouvelles choses. Par exemple, je suis allée nager dans la piscine à la villa, ainsi qu'aller à multiples restaurants américains, et, enfin et surtout, nous sommes visités Disney World tous les jours! Nous sommes allés sur beaucoup des manèges, et chaque second était super!

Pendant les deux semaines : just "Pendant deux semaines" because if you write "les", you speak about a moment you have already spoke before this text. With "pendant deux semaines" you start your tale.

    J'avais : J'ai eu l'occasion... : "j'ai eu" because the action is completely finish.

à la villa : de la villa : it is the (outdoor) swimming pool in the villa and not elsewhere

ainsi qu'aller : "je suis aussi aller..." or "ainsi qu'à de multiple..." : generally, no verbe after "ainsi que" if the precedent verbe is the same.

, et : no comma before "et" in French (but many of French people write comma before "et"... it isn't a big mistake)

et, enfin et surtout : "et" or "enfin et surtout", not the both at the same time.

sommes visités : nous sommes allés visiter

des : beaucoup de manèges : "Des manèges colorés" but "De nombreux manèges colorés" , "De joli manèges colorés" , "De grands manèges colorés" , "De gros oeufs" , "De délicieuses tartes" etc. Before noun : des ; Before adjective : de

Chaque second : "chacun d'entre eux"

There were many mistakes here I never would've picked up on by myself, so thank you very much for your help! (Also, I saw one of your forums, and I'd be happy to try and help you with English in return (if you ever need help))
