How much is the chance for changing a degree course before the start of school?
Also is there no chance to get in if the degree is already full?

UCL will frown upon it as you have not even started your course - and therefore you will have no idea if you will not enjoy it. I imagine they will feel as if you selected a course not fit for you simply as a gateway to your prefered ccourse, and if so, why not apply for that course in the first place.
Your next best course of action is to see how it goes during induction week, and if you still feel the same way- bring this topic up with your personal tutor, and explain your reasons behind this choice.
If there is a very justifyable reason as to why you want to make this decision, you will most likely get into your "prefered" course.

"Also is there no chance to get in if the degree is already full? "

This does not apply, as their is currently no cap on the amount of unviersity places
