There's a new tesco opening in my small, seaside town and they just advertise a LOT of jobs as in cashier, delivery, self-service, delivery, meat counter job etc etc etc. Like everything you can imagine.

I applied to one of the cashier jobs and had to set up my account and everything and fill in the questionnaire and answer thing you have to do, and luckily on my first try!!! I actually got through! whoa! ha! amazing. But I then tried to apply to another job and did the exact same answers and was ''unsuccessful'' what?! I tried anther 5 times on 5 different things and all of them came back ''unsuccessful''

It's hard enough trying to get a job around here! Why does this happen?! Do you think I could just hand in my cv and maybe an application form before its open or something? Cause this online business in ridiculous!

Usually with these kind of things they don't allow you to have another go - they don't want people to keep having attempts until they get the answers right. They will be able to detect if you have another account with a different email address, too.

If they use online applications then they are unlikely to take CVs as they want the process to be the same for everyone.
