Status "Payments Scheduled" but payments are "Blocked"

    My payments for student finance are blocked and i don't get why, when the status for my application is payments scheduled.

    Please help, i'm actually stressing out over whats happening

    Hi,

    There may be several reasons why your payments are blocked such as we have to verify your national insurance number with Department of Working Pensions(DWP). As we cannot access your account on The Student Room I would advise you to call us on 0300 100 0607 in order for us to view your account and confirm why they are blocked.
