I want to do physiology of organisms, evolution.., and earth science (and maths)

Good choice.
Assuming you're only applying for NatSci at Cambridge and single honours everywhere else, I'd focus on the subject that you're applying to at other institutions and use the additional personal statement in the SAQ to discuss the other subjects you intend to take and you can elaborate there why you're particularly interested in their NatSci course.
