I'm going to be a fresher this year and every time I try and log into my durham email address it says my account has been disabled. I've already enrolled and everything on duo. Anyone had this problem or know how to fix it?

Hey I'm not a 100% sure if this is what you're talking about but I had an issue logging into my Durham email when I was trying to set up unidays. I tried using the durham.ac.uk email address I'd been given but it kept saying errors etc. I was confused for ages.
It turns out all you need to use to log into your email is your duo username and password so the 6 digit username not an email address.
I'm assuming as long as you can still log into duo, you can log into your email?
