Hello people, I need urgent help.

I'm starting uni in less than a week but im also job searching at the same time. I am desperate for a job and i am applying constantly.
I just saw an advertisement for a apprentice sales assistant at Peacocks (I'm looking for this kind of job bc i have a little experience in retail) and i personally think i would be able to do this. My problem is I dont know if i am allowed?
I'm 90% sure somebody told me a couple years ago that you are not allowed/not possible to do an apprenticeship and study at the same time. I mean, I think i'm capable of it but what do i do? A jobs a job, right?

    Please help guys.

Apprenticeships are usually full-time, you probably wouldn't be able to do a full-time university course alongside it as well because there would be no time available in the day to do so.

Your biggest issue is going to be time, apprenticeships are generally full time work, so unless it gives you a low hours count, I doubt you'll be able to do it, and there'll be some kind of training involved as well.
