Computer Science Pascal (Delphi)

For my computer science A-level practical I have decided to create a seating planner but it requires a drag and drop feature which I'm not familiar with (I'm also pretty new to coding) and I was just wondering if anyone could help.
I need the user to be able to drag and drop e.g tables onto the screen so they can design the layout of their classroom and move people around etc, how would I create/code this?
