I think the blonde member actually came into my workplace to collect her phone, she doesn't look as good as she does on TV though, and she came in with her mum.

If this is true, who can blame her?? She gets so much flack and abuse just because she's a redhead. I know all too well what that's like, only she has it fifty times worse, amplified in the media and the nation's smart arses having a go all the time.

My sister is a redhead and people are always commenting on how pretty she is...I just think Nicola got hit with the ugly stick a few times which makes her red hair look worse!
