    Hi guys,

I'll be quick and to the point. I want to apply to Edinburgh, but I got Band 2 in my UKCAT SJT. I am worried as this drops 2 points in the Edinburgh marking system and only 3 could be dropped to gain a place last year.

I have 10A*s and 1A (in Eng Lang. lol) at GCSE, 740 avg. UKCAT (with band 2 as mentioned above), 4 As at AS and 3A*s predicted at A2. Is it worth the risk for me to apply despite my Band 2 UKCAT?

    Any help would be great!

    Thank you

If you want to go to Edinburgh, definitely. Just make sure your PS is as good as possible, as 6 points can be given based on that.
