Do you think applying in 3 days or in 10 days for example make a difference to my outcome in getting into medicine? My teacher said if I apply asap the better the chances. Is that true?

As long as you apply by the deadline it doesn't make any difference. However, your school needs to attach your reference and send your application - if all students leave this til the last minute that's too much for them to do. That's why they encourage students to do their bit as early as possible.

I doubt it makes a difference. It would be unfair if they judged on the date it was sent as some schools will send earlier while others will send later, they would be judging the teachers rather than the applicant.

The only thing that might be different is the date you get contacted for an interview but other than that nothing really.
