tell everyone you know and post it on FB... you may have a friend who knows someone looking for a room who can refer you
post on any general FB pages/groups for your course/university etc
post on TSR
if you can, put up a notice somewhere in uni where people might see it
tell your accommodation office you want a replacement and ask if they will refer anyone looking for a room

Hi, Im looking for someone to take over my accommodation at aspect 3, Edward street. Room is available immediately. It is a single en-suite with 2 male 3rd year flat mates. Very spacious, and is a 5 min walk from Diamond/IC, uni of sheffield, or 15min by tram from sheffield hallam. Rent is £113 a week with all bills included. I am moving out because there is a room with my friends.

Sorry to hear that, I recently got a tenancy replacement mainly because of the area. I was at the bottom of Eccy road and it was incredibly loud and the people next door were so loud. I ended up moving to Vincent Road and its so much better!
