    I know what's healthy and what's bad for me, but I always seem to take the wrong option... Gonk. Does anyone know some decent self control methods to stop this sort of ****? Cheers

    Stop being a beta weak fuccboi and looking for the easy way out. Wake up at 8 every day, go to bed at 11. Drink water after water after water. Get your fatass off the sofa and go for a run or go to the gym. Stop eating so much **** food, fatty. There's no such thing as self control more stop being a weakass.
