i had a interview for a job at Debenhams on Friday, they said they would ring me when i get the job. I missed the call on Saturday and rang back on Monday. The employer said she was busy and said she would phone me back. She phoned me back at a time when i was busy and i told her to ring back in 2 mins. she rang back 3 hours later telling me they would like to offer me a contract and she invited to a induction. I couldnt remember the induction date and i phoned back today to say that my uni timetable had changed so i needed clarification for induction. I basically lied and the employer said the induction is on Saturday and i won't have uni. She seemed annoyed. Will this mean that they have a negative impression of me? Does this mean they may change their mind for offering me the contract? How can i redeem myself? Help!!!
