    If you're going to advertise a job to people graduating in 2017 and make them answer 2 questionnaires lasting 40 minutes each then demand 300 word+ answers to several questions on achievements, motivation, why you want to work for us blah blah blah then don't automatically reject me because you want people who can start within 2-3months. If that's what you want then advertise right from the start that you f****** and don't make me waste 4 hours of my life researching your s*** company.

    With the job:applicant ratio being 1:1,000+ for grad jobs, companies need to make sure that their application processes are stringent enough to ensure that only the best candidates are selected to proceed to the next stage.

    I think the issue is they're advertising to people who are leaving uni next year but somehow want them to start in a graduate job in 2 months time. ;-)


    No wonder the jobs market is competitive.
