This is weird question but I would like to know if there are any medications or supplements I can take to stop my stomach from making growling sounds, this is very embarrassing and once it starts it does not stop. The thing is I can control it if I eat every hour or so then there are no noises however in a lecture that is 2/3 hours I can't really eat and that's the problem. Any advice appreciated

    Try eating.

If you know you're going to be in a lecture for a long time just make sure you eat something substantial enough to fill you up for that length of time.

Nobody cares, don't worry about it.

I used to have this problem. As others have posted, try eating regularly. I also found taking an antacid like gaviscon, or tums, helped a lot.

Even if there's no noise, you may be able to snack on something (I'm thinking things like cheese or chicken bites, which are easy to grab?)
It sometimes happens to me, although tbh I don't think anyone cares
