    Currently doing my second year of a levels and I want to study primary education at uni however I don't have any experience in a primary school also I failed my GCSE maths and retaking it in June would any university accept me?? Please help

    I want to go to middlesex or Greenwich
    Also if anyone is currently doing primary education what is the workload like and how will I be interview if they accept me ??

    Workload is very intensive on Primary Education course, the first year is ok but year 2 & 3 will be tough, best do some research prior to know what you are in for. There is some good free books out there on amazon. You'll be ok if you pass the maths. And you'll probably have an interview face to face as well as having to present something to a group!

    It would be worth calling those unis direct and asking what their requirements are.

    Has primary school moved on from Maria Montessori these days or is she still top of the list?
