What the Hell is this?

To cut a long story short, the side of my left leg has some sort of unusual mottled rash on it. When I woke up this morning (afternoon  ) I got really light headed and nauseous, and broke out in a cold sweat. I doubt it's related; most likely due to low blood sugar or something, but it's worth mentioning.

I took a picture of the rash (so that I may cherish its memory always). Any ideas? It doesn't itch or hurt, but it feels quite warm to the touch.
Heat rash?

I have no idea, that is just a guess!!
if its there i a couple days still i would get it checked out.
or if it gets imflamed or spreads then get it checked out asap.

Oh, it's nearly completely faded now. What a waste of a thread, I was hoping it'd be something interesting.

Yeh, and in its finest hour too.
Maybe you just slept on it in an awkward manner ^^, it could always be something like rabies and it has died down so as to put you in a false state of security and then BAM when you least suspect it... it swells to the size of an overgrown parsnip, the most dreaded of all roast vegetables you cannot distinguish it from potatoes. Then again it could just be what I explained first
You will be dead in 2 hours

^^^^Thats not nice.........

if its almost faded then i wouldnt worry. if it flares up again i would suggest putting a ice pack on it. If you have any suedo cream (its for all types of rashes) put that on...

It was far too localised to have been the result of odd sleeping positions.

I had this!! I woke up nearly every morning and it covered my arms, legs, back it was so itchy. My lips and eyes swelled up too, I went to my doctor and he thought it was due to allergies. I had tests done and they all came back negative... He then put it down to stress.

Looking back I was stressed: it was my first time flying on my own, I had exams and I was on my own for 2 weeks. But the problem was it didn't go away after the stress...

If it comes back again, go to the doctor, take some antihistamines or what also worked for me was drinking those bacteria drinks like yakult, my doctor said that it might be something to do with not having enough 'good' bacteria. in my body. After about a month I didn't need to take the drinks anymore.

Hope I helped and didn't complete confuse you with my post lol xx
I know it's deeply paranoid but whenever I get a rash I always run a glass over it to check it's not meningitis. Mind you, you'd probably notice the sore throat and blinding headache first...

It's completely gone now anyway, and I've felt alright all day. I usually run a glass over any peculiar rashes I get too (like when I scratch too hard and cause blood spots, which look a bit like the meningitis rash).
