    Hi mc2989,

You definitely don't need to enjoy clubbing to make friends and enjoy your time at NTU or at any university. Whether it's in your accommodation, at a society you're passionate about or simply hanging out with course mates between lectures there's plenty of opportunities to make friends outside of the club.

You might find that you get to know people far better whilst having a quiet drink in the SU bar or cooking together than you would by going on a night out.

Also, at least give partying and clubbing a try - I wasn't too keen on it before I came to university either but I went in with an open mind during Freshers' Week and now I quite enjoy it!

    Hope this helps
