So I'm applying for Dentistry and as my 5th choice I want to put down Pharmacology at King's. I've heard that if I do Pharmacy at UCL as a backup, they would want me to write another personal statement expressing my interest in Pharmacy (another hurdle). If I apply to King's for the same course, do I need to write a separate personal statement for them too? I can't seem to find the answer in any of Kings' prospectuses so I could do with some help here. Thanks!

Ring up Kings and ask them.

You don't have to put all 5 choices in by the October deadline - you can concentrate on your Dentistry choices for then and then do your research and add in your 5th choice later on - as long as it's before the 15 Jan you'll be fine.
