i've been so dizzy today at work and before as well. SO I have had quite a few sweets.
Oh well better that than faint everywhere and embarass myself. Stupid physical cold job!
Maybe you should have something a bit more filling - bread type thing?

Hey. I was in the weight loss society about six months ago and since then I've put weight back on. Really want to get it off again, ideally some of it before Christmas. x
right, i realise where my problem is lying at the mo.. its when it gets to the late evening stage.. like now for instance where i just want to eat and eat.. what can i do?
I do need to go shopping to actually buy food, so will get some carrot sticks etc, but arghhh x

I need to rethink WHAT I've eaten today, because I think I have eaten little enough to be able to have a (substantial) snack now... HMMM.
Have your dinner slightly later or have a smaller dinner then save some calories to eat now.
