Should I message the guy I was dating last term??? Watch

I was dating/exclusively seeing, basically in a relationship, with this guy for a good few months before the uni summer holidays. I really fell for him and was devastated when he ended it. But he did, saying he didn't think it would work over summer due to distance and jobs etc.

We didn't speak over summer and I thought id gotten over him but now I'm back at uni he's all I think about again; I want him back like crazy but he hasn't messaged or anything. Should I bite the bullet and message him?

The worst part is sometimes I believe he did care for me; he cried when he dumped me and said he was really sorry etc so I just do,t know

If he really liked you he would've made it worked or made a move again by now. Maybe he will, just wait it out. Or kill your curiosity and message him, i would. But a sucker for punishment don't be like me.

For your sake don't message him. Messaging him will (probably) make you feel worse and if be relies with a short answer you'll start overthinking that as well. Just leave it, you'll get numb to the missing and pain of him leaving you eventually
