I mean what does the average family in say Newcastle have to be so smug about? We're dealing here with a people that dont give a toss about what their children do at school, dont bother cooking beyond the use of a microwave, toss out their offspring at 18 and pass them on to social services/council, rampant teen pregnancies/STD's and divorce, rampant single motherhood, rampant step mothers fathers/childminders, chronic binge drinking across all social classes, fail to clean themselves appropriately in the bathroom, poor sense of morality, disrespect for the elderly (they put their own parents in a home!), poor sense of style, inmodesty in clothing, benefit dependency, spiritual bereftment.

Now English people might be good at building stuff and fighting a few wars but actually living properly you must be joking. You can't even get a coffee after 7pm in the large metros

All one need do is go to a similarly ghettoised "Indian/Arab" and you too can start a topic off with why the English are perceived to be dimwits and then bang on about how the English are full of STDs, funny teeth, complainers, etc.

    "...inmodesty in clothing...spiritual bereftment..."
"Modesty in clothing" is an euphemism for "males dress how we want but female dress as we say or we rape dem!".
    And...
"Spiritual bereftment" is as valid a concept as overdosing on homeopathic remedies.

How many families do this exactly?

    (Original post by Salafi-Wahabi)
    rampant teen pregnancies/STD's and divorce,
Considering the teen pregnancy rate is at it's lowest point and is continuing to fall, I would hardly call it rampant.

    (Original post by Salafi-Wahabi)
    rampant step mothers fathers/childminders,
What exactly is wrong about having a step-parent?

    (Original post by Salafi-Wahabi)
fail to clean themselves appropriately in the bathroom,
What do you mean by this?

In all fairness, I've noticed bathrooms to be far messier in predominantly south asian areas.

    (Original post by Salafi-Wahabi)
    poor sense of morality,
In what sense? The British are extremely moral.

    (Original post by Salafi-Wahabi)
disrespect for the elderly (they put their own parents in a home!),
    Nothing wrong with this.

    (Original post by Salafi-Wahabi)
poor sense of style, inmodesty in clothing,
    How so?

    (Original post by Salafi-Wahabi)
    benefit dependency,
    Incorrect.

    (Original post by Salafi-Wahabi)
    spiritual bereftment.
    This is a good thing.

    (Original post by Salafi-Wahabi)

    Thats not even remotely true.

It's true for a lot of Arabs and Indians, especially first generation immigrants. They tend to be overly religious, sexist, controlling and care too much about what the "community thinks". Saying that, Indians tend to be very hard working and do help their children out a lot more (from what I have noticed). This is coming from an Indian btw.

If by 'backward' you mean maintaining a space program while over 40% of the population in some areas live in poverty, where over a third of the population have healthcare expenses which threaten a household's ability to maintain a basic standard of living, where people won't use their left hands as it's considered unclean even though washing facilities are available, where people wash in rivers because that's all that's available to them, where dogs are unclean and soles of shoes are insulting - then I can see why there is a perception among a lot of people in the UK that Indians/Arabs are backward. I'm not even going to get in to the whole region aspect.

    Hahaha.

Why on earth people try and take the moral high ground about single parents, divorce, etc... It's just ridiculous. 100% better than a couple staying in an unhappy, potentially abusive, relationship. Better for the child, better for the people.

If you're annoyed at people generalising one type of people don't throw the same at another type ^^

Your just being selective. We also have world class universities,a powerful military, advanced medicine and a thriving space industry.London is one of the worlds most important financial centres. We're also one of the least racist or homophobic countries and dont feel the need to wrap our women up like a lollipop.Indeed they are not even our women, because shockingly enough women are their own persons. What do india or arab states have? Sure some arab states are rich but they're also mostly ruled by oppressive dictators.

You ask this and yet your username is Salafi-Wahabi. You're the well-known Muslim troll who keeps on making dupes and always says the same thing: the West and its values is degenerate, immoral etc.

Hate to break it to you, but Sharia and 7th century values are much more backward than the ones we have today.
