So far it is good. They give you everything you ever need but you decide what you do with it. Everybody's nice as they're all just as eager to make friends, but on the academic side pharmacy students tend to close of due to competition, by not sharing tips or what the best books are. Therefore it is better to speak to your 'buddy' or an older year student. It's tough, but it's really fun too! Takes a lot of discipline to focus.

All my modules are interesting so far

    Hope this helped

    Hellooo

I've just started the MPharm degree at my local uni (Portsmouth) and it is very interesting and definitely seems like a challenge. Be prepared for a lot work as you will be at uni every day (5 days) and 3 of those days will be atleast 9-5 or even 9-6. It is a really fun course and the practicals are enjoyable, for example we have an assessment in January to synthesise paracetamol!!

Older students are always around to mentor you here as a part of the peer assisted learning regime so don't be scared to get help as there is plenty of help for all.

I would say as long as you do the work as you go along, like after every lecture, you will be fine and you will be sure to get good grades.
