I sent my evidence off and according to Royal Mail tracking it was delivered on the 8th September I've still not heard anything back.

My uni have agreed to me repeating the year but I just need to know because if my CPR hasn't been accepted I cannot continue at uni.

When can I expect to hear back? My course starts on the 3rd October!

    Hi Anna,

At the moment evidence is currently taken 13 working days to process, with the above date it would be expected to be updated on 27/09 and updated on your online account on the 28/09.

    Thanks.

and what happens if it's not accepted and I need to send more evidence? I won't receive any funding for the start of my course?

    Hi Anna,

If we need more evidence we would write out to you requesting for this. In the meantime we might assess you for the basic funding to give you funding in place for the start of your course. Then when we get the new evidence we will update and backdate any payments.

    Thanks.
