EPQ- buisness

I am currently doing an extended project with my sixth form. I am interested in doing this around business, what are the different areas I could do this on?
You could to something on the theories of motivation ("To what extent are employees motivated solely by money?"), I know someone doing one on the extent to which a £1 business is profitable - or leading on from this, you could do something about the future success of discount supermarkets (Aldi/Lidl)
