pissin me off sooooooooooooooooooo much
does neone know how i can put my calculator into normal mode :confused: (numbers come out in standard form atm)
please help

Sufficient pressing of the 'mode' button, followed by selection of 'normal', should do it.

Press shift, setup, then chose number 3, Degree mode. Or If that is not your problem chose mode, then you have comp, stat and table, chose comp i think thats what mine is on.

hve tried both suggestions but still doesnt seem to work
dont know if its the calc. or me doing somethign wrong

It'll be you doing something wrong...

Press mode a few times and list the options you get. Then press setup a few times and list the options you get there. We might be able to help you from there. I don't have this exact calculator so I don't know.

mode are the options that t bag mentioned
setup options are 1. mthIO 2. LineIO 3. Deg 4. Rad 5. Gra 6. Fix 7. Sci 8. Norm

Mine is on mthIO, works fine , tested normal, works fine too.

tried MTHI0 and still comes out in standard form.
ive also tried normal and when i press it it says norm 1 (squiggly line which doesnt come out on my keyboard) 2?

Try both. IIRC 2 will display all numbers as decimals, and 1 will display all numbers as decimals except numbers with an absolute value of less than one (which it will display in standard form).
