Apprenticeship in IT

I'm planning to join a popular game company known as Square Enix in Tokyo, Japan to work as a concept artist or a programmer . I was just wondering if you guys who have a good knowledge of apprenticeships in graphic design/ICT whatever, please tell me, I'd greatly appreciate it Because I'm currently checking out apprenticeship websites relating to Computing that'd open up my chances of being accepted to work in a game company, but I'm currently not finding anything interesting . Thanks x
