I got 98/100 UMS in C1, 97/100 UMS in C2 but 80/100 in S1. However, I will be applying for engineering. Would the admissions officers look more towards my core UMS or will my s1 hinder my application? Because statistics isn't exactly as relevant as core for engineering

No don't worry thats still really high overall ums and a lot of people mess up in stats or at least 1 of their maths exams which admissions are aware of. Won't hinder your application at all.
