Unilever Future Leaders Programme Online Games - WTF?????

Hey i gave my interview today.
Havent received the feedback as yet. Its been more than 5 hours. My friends got their reports within 2 hours.
Also i emailed hirevue support that is my interview complete as during the interview right after q3 my internet connection dropped. They replied that its complete and sent to unilever.

Heads up for anyone trying to prepare

I applied last year and got to the final assessment centre for finance future leaders, I did my video interview on November 1st and didnt get my invite to the assessment centre until the very end of November. For finance they only hire 6-8 people a year and the assessment centre has only 4 people at a time. Before the assessment centre they give you access to the Unilever foundry where you collaborate with the other 3 people to prepare a group presentation on an area of interest, mine was on which organic skin care brand Unilever should consider for acquisition. I expect they will not give invites to the assessment centre until later this month. If you have any other questions feel free to ask.

Has anyone received a response for the HR stream?

I completed my video interview mid-November, with positive feedback, and am still waiting!

Last week, I applied for the Unilever R&D programme and took their new online games. There were twelve activities. For example, one involved splitting money in the fairest way possible between you and another person. Another involved selecting cards from four different decks. The personality report I got seemed fairly balanced - I got results such as "fair minded" and "internally motivated", but also "blocks out distracted slowly". I was quickly rejected on the basis that I didn't obtain the scores they were looking for. One of my housemates tried today and fared slightly better than me in some areas, but was still rejected 20 minutes after she completed the test.

Has anyone applying for the unilever grad scheme got through this stage? What was your personality report like? And above all, did anyone find the format and purpose of the games absolutely bizarre???

I haven't received any mail regarding online games what should I do now though they have sent me a mail saying that please complete the games asap but I don't have any link or mail..?
