Yes it's completely online-based recruiting where you don't encounter a Unilever person until the assessment centre (and vicer vercer).

Hypothetical questions. For example, you're retailer has a promotional event and is awaiting stock - however the truck supposed to be delivering the stock has broken down and can't be repaired until tomorrow - when it's too late... What would you do? Who would you contact and by what methods? What's the most important priority here? Etc.

Okay Got it

Do you reach q4? If not, you should ask hirevue.
How about questions? Are they difficult?

Hello all I played these 12 games before hand by creating a separate account not the one used for Unilever Careers registration, understood them well but when I gave the real test having a overall excellent trait report I got a reply in seconds telling me that I dont have the desired scores needed. What kind of person are they looking for a Superman guessing. First were the SHL tests, now this. My analysis are that who ever wants to clear them do not I repeat do not practice beforehand. I am from Pakistan, and played these games today on 18th of February 2017. Would love to work for Unilever, well looking forward to the coming year.

Brother can you tell me what kind of questions were asked in that games?

Personally, games are not that easy. They aren't about calculations, but it is hard to get the rules of them. Some of my friends fail games.

It sounds promising. I have been waiting for almost 1 month for my feedback. What is the language of your interview?

Questions about how you deal with scenarios in your department. If you apply for Fin, the last question has some calculations.

To answer your questions yes I got through the games stage and have an interview now. My report was fair, I scored average on many individual things but most of my overall results in different areas were 70%+ leaning towards one side of the scale, so I think that's why I got through. Based on my experience and results, then, I assume they were just looking for people who scored strongly on a select few specific traits and those are what they were looking for? But your guess is as good as mine.

I actually found the games really refreshing, and I admit that it's probably because they were more suited for me as an individual. I struggled with the previous numerical tests last year (even with an A level maths and Science degree!) but I knew the games would bring out some of my strong points.

If I'd have been unsuccessful though, I'd no doubt be feeling miffed they changed the format. I'll admit that.

Do you have any tips for someone about to do the test?
