Lost apetite whilst moving into uni?

    I am eating ofc but probs halve of what i normally do.

    If you've just moved to uni it could easily be stress related. It's also common to get ill during freshers week because of all the people from different areas bringing their germs along with them.
    I'd expect it will improve shortly. If it doesn't or you are still worried you could ask a pharmacist.

    Also, when you aren't feeling well or have a low appetite it can be easy to not drink enough and get dehydrated. Just pay a little extra attention to how much you're drinking so you don't end up feeling worse from dehydration

    Stress and anxiety can definitely ruin your appetite in my experience so once you're settled in and feeling more calm then you should be able to eat more if it doesn't improve then you should see a doctor.
