As I will be taking my GCE in June 2017, my school will have to prepare the predicted score for my application. My question is: do I have to somehow include this information in my application through UCAS, or do I directly send the scanned copy of the predicted score to each university individually?
Also, may I know what is my application ID? Is it the number shown after signing in UCAS like this: 130-xxx-xxxx

Your predicted grades are added as part of the reference. There's a box on the same page that your referee fills in.

Your application ID will be that number, unless you have made a previous application through ucas.

Your predicted grades are done by your referee. All you have to do is indicate the grades for your A2 subjects are pending.

Thank you very much! May I also ask about the reference section in UCAS, for it seems that I can only fill in one referee. What can I do if I want to provide one more recommendation letter from another referee? Thanks again!

You can only use one referee. If you want to use several teachers that's fine - usually, schools get each teacher to write a few sentences and combine this into one finished reference.

If you want up send anything else, unis probably won't be interested.
