Failed resit exam need to retake first year exam

    • Thread Starter

Hi, i just wanted some advice or opinions regarding what i should do with my studies and also if anyone can share their similar experiences.

I took 3 core subjects in first year, i got a B, C and D. The D was a 48% but because i failed the exam (38%) i had to resit the exam in august.

Personally i thought the resit exam was much harder. I studied the subject alone and thought it was difficult. But while i was studying i started gaining confidence that i could understand where i went wrong in the first exam.

But the resit was so hard and i failed again with 39%.

The school didnt allow me to progress because it was a core subject so i have to retake and pass it next year in may.

Meanwhile i am enrolling as a first year at a different university in my home country (i am an international student). I did this so i could still get help for my studies.

Do you think i stand a chance at successfully passing the retake exam, and then second third and fourth year? (I study in scotland)

Which party will you be voting for in the General Election 2017?
