I'm addicted to kpop and kdrama Watch

    • Thread Starter

I wanna stop my obssession or slow it down at least. I met this girl a couple of months ago and we quickly became friends and she introduced me to the world of kpop and kdramas. I'm doing my a levels this year and i wanna concentrate on them but my mind is always on my obssession. I lose a lot of sleep over it and i go to school feeling very tired everyday. I've become crazy and I hardly see my family anymore even though we all live in the same house. I'm in my room 24/7 on my phone watching k-related things for hours upon hours and I even forget to eat sometimes. This isn't a joke btw, (I know it sounds absolutely ridiculous) i'm actually serious. How can i split my time between both things.

Treat K-Stuff as a reward. Say to yourself 'I can watch this thingy if I do this homework first.'

You need to learn how to use your time wisely. I like to listen to my kpop on the way to school or while im studyin, maybe ypu could watch your kdramas for an hour or so after school each day
