Hello, I currently weigh 17 stone and I would like to lose weight. I have changed my diet to a no carbs diet where I only eat chicken and vegetables for lunch and dinner (no breakfast) how long will it be until I start seeing results and how much would I lose?

Weight loss is determined by your calorie deficit, 3500 calories = 1 lb of bodyfat, so a 500 calorie deficit each day would equal ~1 lb lost per week, you will lose more weight (which is temporary) in the first week though which will be glycogen/water because of the lack of carbs. Use this to get an estimate of your TDEE then pick a calorie intake to start at, track your weight over a few weeks and adjust your intake so you're losing 1-2 lbs per week.

Weight loss is all about calorie deficit. Just lower your calorie intake to -500 a day and you will see a difference in a month. Do strenght training exercises and try and do a 30 minute cardio daily (it could be walking)

Provided you do stick your plan and do daily exercise it will take you about 6 months to a year to get back to a healthy weight. You can manage a year, right?

Depends on your caloric deficit. Add light cardio and drink plenty of water and your weight should shed off. Because you are doing Low carb make sure to refeed on about 300g of carbs once every 2 weeks. Make sure you also get enough eloctrolytes and fats, which will stop you from binging on a low carb diet. Perhaps due to not eating breakfast start intermittent fasting. Have an eating window of 8 hours. From let's say 12-8. Also take a multivitamin. If you want to train with weights, maybe try to do high reps with low weights.
