I'm trying to pick a course, but until now, I can't really understand a difference between Software Engineering, Computing, Computer Science, Developing. I've check tons of webpages but it eventually leads to the same thing. I want a computer based degree that doesn't involve me sitting infront of the monitor for 13 hours writing code like in computer science. Is Software Engineering any different?

Well, Software Engineering course in all universities are provided by department of Computer Science so no difference. Your can consider Edinburgh's Electronics and Software Engineering or KCL's Electronic and Information Engineering. They provide more wider ranges of course.

Have a look at the module descriptions to see what different courses focus on.
You say you want a 'computer based degree' but not writing code - what would you like to do?
