Finding out the concentration of a solution A with series of dilutions

    Hi,
    please help me out.
    I have this question regarding series of dilution but i can 't seem to get my head around it
    so the question says

    Sample of myoglobin was extracted and re-dissolved in 1ml of 10mM buffer solution,(such that it is concentrated 10 fold in the process)
    We have been given 8.2 uM solution of myoglobin dissolved in 10mM which needs to be diluted in 10 folds to obtain 0.82uM.
    the total volume should be 1ml by adding the stated volume of myoglobin stock (below) with buffer.
    volume of stock: 0.0
    0.1
    0.2
    0.3
    0.4
    0.5
    0.6
    0.8
    1.0
    And they have given the molecular weight of myoglobin as 16700
    for this question i need to find the myoglobin concentration in uM and the volume of buffer in ml
    please will you be able to explain to me how you do this.
