    I need the toilet within seconds of eating something. Realistically, every time I eat something (literally anything) within 2 minutes I need to run to the toilet straight after.

    depending on how long it has been lasting (ie: if this has been going on for a few days) definitely go see a doctor!! it may just be a tummy bug but you wanna be safe :^)

    its been happening ever since i was a kid. I cant eat anything in public ergh

    aw that seems really hard to deal with? have you ever been to a doctor about it?? because i'd recommend going to see one and demanding they give you some help.
