You need to find a better way to actually revise your notes then. You need to have a sit down on day or evening and try out as many revision methods as possible and see which one your brain is better suited.

For example, I cannot learn with mindmaps - my mind just can't focus on so many things on one page.

I revise by revision queue cards and so forth. This way it breaks up topics and etc. I just write them out and then go over them by saying them out loud constantly in order for it to stick in my mind. That's how I revise. It might be the same or might be different to you. The point is hon, you need to find out what will work for you.

    Good luck!
