Excessive Processing Time From University Mistake

    I have been waiting almost a month for my course to process (because my University told you I was doing the wrong course which provides me with £0 tuition fees) and now that I start in a week I am extremely worried that my original correct course will not process in time or that there will be even more problems, as everybody I have talked to on the phone seems to give me different dates. This is probably incredibly easy to rectify on your behalf because it is just a case of returning to my original entitlement (forgetting the mistaken University letter) and I imagine could be done and dusted in a few minutes but it's taking forever.  This has caused me so much trouble and worry and I just wondered if you could reassure me when this will be finalised or pass me onto someone who can help process this quickly? Thanks
