Sorry if this sounds really weird and strange but I was just wondering if other people experience the same sort of thing?

Basically my boyfriend loves to recieve oral and I love to give it him. I do put a lot of work/effort into them haha and many a time I have had a sore/aching jaw the next day, with my jaw often clicking/cracking if you get me.

However these past couple of weeks the pain in my jaw is so unbearable at times that I can't even give my boyfriend oral as it's so painful when putting my mouth round it and I can't open my mouth wide enough, it's like there's something stopping my jaw... Its the same when eating sandwhiches, tough meat, hard sweets etc, my jaw aches a hell of a lot.

Its really starting to get me down and I know my boyfriends getting a bit annoyed with the fact Im unable to give him oral, although he hasnt actually said it. Just wondered if anyone has ever experienced the same sort of thing and if there's anything I can do?

Exactly how wide are you opening your mouth? You shouldn't feel like you are straining it.

And your boyfriend shouldn't be annoyed, geez. Sounds like you've been giving him more than his fair share of oral sex, hence the problem. Surely he is more concerned for your health than receiving pleasure?

I had this last year. I went to the dentist and he said it was temporomandibular joint disorder and gave me a retainer and exercises to do and it's better now. Get ye to a dentist.

Your bf should be a lot more concerned about your health than anything else in these circumstances. There are plenty other things you can do for him. But what you should do is go and see a dentist, or possibly doctor depending on the nature of the problem, and get it looked at.

If it's hurting you, don't do it. Simple as. If your boyfriend has a problem with this, get a new one.

explain it to your boyfriedn he should be understanding,

maybe try changed your technique my gf used to get jaw ache from oral but then she changed her methods and it suited it fine - and i wasnt complaing ither

I have this problem! Actually my jaw dislocates if I try to open my mouth too wide - biting into apples, baguettes, etc..And it did happen once when I was giving oral to my ex. Heh.
I was sent to a specialist, who gave me a sort of gum shield which I'm suppose to wear at night, although I haven't been for ages..Fortunately, my bf is understanding and doesn't make me feel bad for only being able to give him oral briefly!

Surely he should have more sympathy for you if you're literally in pain when doing it? He sounds a bit spoiled or apathetic.
