Like when you take bit of juice from a bottle and then give it back and forth to another person. Who would you do that with? Im only comfortable doing it with immediate family and my boyfriend.

Would it be weird if it was just a work colleague who you didn't even consider a proper friend?

Yeah, I would say immediate family and boyfriend too. Although a few times when my friends and I were drunk and passing a bottle of wine between us I didn't care. :P

I'd only drink from the same glass as someone if I'm attracted to them. Never same bottle except maybe a girlfriend.

Why a glass but not a bottle?

Honestly no clue. It's probably because people put their whole mouths around bottles. If they don't do that, then yeah I'd be pretty ok with it.
