    Hello,

I am an EU student from the Czech Republic and I am interrested in studying LL.M. programme in England. I would like to ask you whether I am eligible for student loan or not. I finished my masters from law a month ago here in the Czech Republic. I am aware that the postgraduate loan is available for the first master studies only. However, in the Czech Republic, law is taught only in one 5 years long cycle resulting directly in master's degree (magistr, abbreviation Mgr.). It means that we cannot finish after 3 years with bachelor's degree. Hence I would like to ask you if it is possible for me to apply for the postgraduate loan?

    Many thanks,
    Ondrej

    Hi,

If you already hold a masters qualification you will not be eligible for post graduate loan.

    Thanks
