There are three main criteria for university for me; Accreditation from CIPR, high on the league tables for the relevant subject and a sandwich year option.

However, there is one university with accreditation and offers a sandwich year degree but not high on the league table (leeds beckett), Accreditation, VERY high on the league table but no sandwich year option (Robert Gordon) and one reasonably placed on the league table, is accredited and has a sandwich year (Northumbria). Which one is more important, Accreditation, sandwich year or league table standings?

Are you talking about undergrad or postgrad?

It's not my area, but I would have thought practical experience would be more valuable than a postgrad qualification in PR.

I'm talking undergraduate, practical experience is vital in the field, which is why a sandwich year is so important to me, but does a sandwich year trump higher league table ratings? They're all so important!
