So are you still doing GCSE? and want to do an economics course and then go to uni?

The general consensus I would think would be to spend as much time on whatever you're doing until you're satisfied you know and can apply everything that you need to know. Surely all you need to know is to aim for the highest grade possible? I'm sure you should be measuring not in hours, but in how many objectives you've met per day, how many and what chapters you've completed.

Maybe you can rephrase the question and provide more details in regards to your circumstances, cause I don't know what you're asking (no offense).
