Your helpline keeps hanging up

    I have rung three times to talk to an adviser on the helpline but it keeps hanging up when it can't recognise the letters from my secret answer. Student finance made a mistake entering my bank details, I was told early last week this was rectified and it would take 3 days for the loan to come through. I've still received nothing.


    I would advise you to call us back on 0300 100 0607 and select the option that you do not know your secret answer in order to speak with an adviser. We can then access your account to check the payment progress.
