Can anybody recommend a college that is cheap for accommodation but has accommodation available for at least 3 years of the course and non-shared bedrooms?

As to the shared rooms, I'm not sure that any Oxford colleges have shared bedrooms? If any do it's a very few and not all accommodation, so I wouldn't worry about it. The answer to this also depends on what subject you're doing, since all colleges don't offer all subjects! (not that I can be of a huge amount of help anyway, since I'm not particularly aware of accommodation prices across colleges - St John's is generally regarded as good for money since it's a very rich college).

edit: a quick poke on the Ozford website gave me this page which you might find useful
